Planting design + delivery
Sans Souci

The completed landscape
A landscape that makes
the whole home feel complete.
From the first view at the street to the courtyard and pool beyond, every planting zone was designed to belong to the same home.
Epic shaped the planting direction, sourced the plants and feature trees, and carried the design through installation. The result has presence on arrival, moments of beauty throughout and a polished finish that feels entirely at ease with the architecture.
The project journey
From first direction to finished planting.

01 · Starting point
The landscape began as a blank canvas.
Epic developed a clear planting direction for the entry, balcony, courtyard, poolside and rear within a tight timeframe and budget.

02 · Planting strategy
Every zone was considered together.
The plan connected the entry, balcony, courtyard, poolside and rear.

03 · Design direction
A shared look and feel.
The sculptural “Desert Oasis” direction established the palette, texture and feature planting before selection began.

04 · Visualisations
See the planting before installation.
3D visualisations helped the client understand how the planting would feel across the property before installation.

05 · On site
Design continued through construction.
Epic refined layouts and resolved practical site issues as the work progressed.

06 · Post installation
The landscape, six months on.
Epic provides a planting maintenance schedule to guide ongoing care as the landscape establishes.

Client testimonial
“We worked with Epic Landscape Designs for our new build, covering the front yard, courtyard and backyard, and honestly it was a great experience.
Matt helped us work through different plant options (we really didn’t know where to start), and the 2D and 3D designs made it so much easier to visualise everything. There were a few times where we changed our minds, and he was patient and always had another option ready.
What we appreciated most was how involved he was during the actual planting and implementation, helping refine layouts on site and suggesting feature trees and focal points that really lifted the space. He didn’t just design the project and step away. He stayed involved in making sure it all came together the right way.
Seeing it finished, it looks really polished. It has that ‘put together’ feel without trying too hard. We’re really happy we went with Epic and Matt.”
